Roger focuses on client communication, project planning, and ensuring that each project runs smoothly from start to finish. He takes pride in bringing a concierge approach to helping homeowners navigate their projects with clarity and confidence.
Collette Collins - Principal / Field Director
Collette is a skilled craftsperson and the founder of Collette Collins Design, specializing in custom millwork, casework, and furniture.
Her work combines craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and a strong attention to detail, resulting in pieces that feel integrated and intentional within the home.
Collette leads the hands-on execution of projects, bringing a high level of care and precision to both custom work and finish carpentry.
